Atal Dulloo, the chief secretary for Jammu and Kashmir, hailed the move as noteworthy and stated that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to improve the Union Territory (UT) by including all ministries, not just one. He asked the officials to identify the regions and concentrate on the convergence of all available resources in J-K. “It will provide a suitable platform and great opportunity for all in terms of accelerating development,” he said.

He stated that in the presence of Dulloo at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Director of IIM Jammu, Prof. B. S. Sahay, and the Administrative Secretary of the Planning, Development, and Monitoring Department (PD&MD), Muhammad Aijaz. The official stated that the CITaG will prioritise several important areas, such as creating plans that support India’s goal of ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047, fostering public-private partnerships (PPPs) to bolster the development process, and advancing future-ready governance through e-governance, capacity building, and data-driven decision-making.

According to the source, the Department of Economic Affairs’ PPP Cell, the State Institute of Transformation, NITI Aayog, and the J-K Government’s future-ready governance strategy were all integrated to create the CITaG. According to him, the initiative will be guided by the IIM Jammu, which will act as the focal agency, knowledge partner, and implementing body. The MoU states that IIM Jammu will set up a project management unit to oversee CITaG operations and offer knowledge assistance to fulfil its vision, purpose, and objectives, the official stated.

He said that the MoU outlines a two-phase implementation plan, with phase II addressing infrastructure development, social sectors, IT, and human resource development, and phase I focusing on PPP projects, agriculture and related sectors, development of new tourism destinations, job creation, and strengthening fiscal positions. According to the official, IIM Jammu and the PD&MD are ready to break new ground in governance and innovation through this partnership, opening the door for future prosperity, expansion, and sustainable development in the area.

This is about the exam to be taken for admission into graduate law courses in colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Notification in connection with AP LAWCET Application Submission was released on 22 March 2025.

AP LAWCET 2025 Registration schedule

AP LAWCET 2025 registration schedule is the time duration during which students can apply for the exam, make corrections in the application form submitted, pay registration fee and so on. Submission started on 25 March 2025 and last date to apply without any late fee payment is 27 April 2025.

Students can take up AP LAWCET 2025 registration from 26 April to 3 May 2024 on payment of Rs 500 as late fee. They can apply for the exam from 4 to 11 May 2024 on the payment of Rs 1000 as late fee.

AP LAWCET 2025 registration can be done from 28-04-2025 to 04-05-2025 with a late fee of Rs 1000, as per AP LAWCET 2025 registration schedule.

The late fee to pay if submitted between 05-05-2025 to 11-05-2025 is Rs 2000. Students can take up AP LAWCET 2025 registration with a late fee of Rs 4000 from 12-05-2025 to 18-05-2025.

AP LAWCET 2025 registration can be done with a late fee for Rs 10000 from 19-05-2025 to 25-05-2025.

Correction in AP LAWCET 2025 applications already submitted can be done from 30 May 2025 onwards. Hall tickets would be available for download from 30 May 2025 onwards.

Exam will be conducted on 5 June 2025 from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. The result announcement will be done on 22 June 2025.

What is AP LAWCET 2025 Exam?

The full name of AP LAWCET is Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level exam conducted once a year. AP LAWCET 2025 is meant to be held in 2025.

AP LAWCET 2025 is conducted in online mode and answers have to be registered on a computer screen provided at the test center. The test has to be passed with the required qualifying marks to be eligible for the next process.

Those keen on LLB course must have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Students who have appeared for the final exams of their qualifying degree and are waiting for the results or are about to appear for final exams can also take up AP LAWCET 2025 registration.

1. The URL mentioned above must be typed into the browser and then submitted to allow the website to download.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates have to click the button Step – 1 Eligibility Criteria And Fee Payment

3. Clicking the above button will open another webpage with URL ‘https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET/LAWCET/LAWCET_PaymentGatewaypage.aspx’

4. Once the webpage with above URL is available, AP LAWCET 2025 registration fee must be paid.

5. Once the confirmation number is obtained, candidates can click the link for filling out the AP LAWCET 2025 Application form and submit it.

6. Post submission, candidates can obtain a confirmation message indicating successful submission. Once obtained, applicants can download it and take a printout of it.

Process to obtain hall ticket is mentioned below for the sake of the students:
