HP TET June 2023 registration is now on at the official website. The last date to submit the application is 28 May 2023 without late fees. Registration can be done till 11:59 PM on 28 May.
Candidates willing to pay a late fee of Rs 300 can take up HP TET June 2023 registration from 29 to 31 May 2023. The applications with late fees can be submitted by 11:59 PM on 31 May.
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has commenced the process of HP TET June 2023 registration. Those who have completed their HP TET June 2023 registration can make corrections in their forms from 1 to 3 June 2023.

The hall tickets for the exam will be made available for download about 4 days before the exam commences. The exam is to be conducted from 18 June to 2 July 2023.
About HP TET
The full name of this exam is Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test and is a state-level exam conducted once a year to determine the eligibility of the applicants for the post of teacher.
Students who pass this exam can apply for teacher posts in the primary level and upper primary level. The primary comprises classes 1 to 5 and the secondary classes comprise classes 6 to 8.
The exam will be conducted in offline mode and answers for the questions have to be marked on an answer sheet separately provided at the test centers.
Test has 150 questions for 150 marks and has to be answered in 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes). Candidates have to score 90 Marks (60%) to qualify for the next phase.
Who can take up HP TET June 2023 registration?
Candidates who wish to take up HP TET June 2023 registration must have passed graduation in any discipline with at least 50% pass marks. They should have also completed 1 year BEd course.
Candidates focusing on teachers’ posts for science subjects must have passed their graduation in BSc in the respective science discipline to take up HP TET June 2023 registration.
Those keen on teachers’ positions in language subjects should pass graduation in the relevant languages along with BEd to take up HP TET June 2023 registration.
How to apply?
The process to take up HP TET June 2023 registration is online. The official website to take up the registration can be accessed at ‘https://hpbose.org/’ The URL must be typed into the browser and the webpage should be allowed to download.
Once the webpage is available, they can click the link for HP TET June 2023 registration. This will lead to another webpage with the URL ‘https://hpbose.org/OnlineServices/CET/TET/Instructions.aspx’
When another webpage is available, candidates can read the instructions and put a tick in the Terms and Conditions. This will activate the new registration button.
Once the new registration button is active, they have to click it and take up registration to create an account with a username and password. Post account creation, candidates can log in and start HP TET June 2023 registration which is filling out the form. The form is to be filled out and submitted after paying the registration fee.

HP TET June 2023 registration fee
The HP TET June 2023 registration fee is Rs 800 for applicants for the General category. The same for candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PH categories is Rs 500.
How to download the hall ticket?
Candidates who have successfully completed the process of HP TET June 2023 registration have to visit the official website at ‘https://hpbose.org/’ for downloading the hall ticket.
The above URL has to be typed into the browser and then the webpage is to be allowed to download. Once it is available, the link for the admit card has to be clicked.
Once it is clicked, candidates can enter their registration number and other required details to obtain the hall ticket.
After the hall ticket
Candidates who have downloaded the admit cards have to appear for the exam and pass it with the required qualifying marks to be eligible for the next phase of recruitment. Those who have passed the test can apply for the post of teachers at the appropriate time.
