Three graduates of IIM Ahmedabad Sridhar Sudhir and Venkat quit their jobs that were highly paid at TATA IBM, ITW Signode and Sony Entertainment to start Eklavya School in Ahmedabad with an aim to help children learn with understanding.
However they soon realised that opening one model school will not be enough and more had to be done as lot of students are trapped in a rote learning system.
