Haneet Gandhi, Dean of Admission at DU, shared details about the future phase: “As soon as we obtain the results from NTA, we will begin the second phase of CSAS. Students will be able to see the courses they are eligible for, and they will have ten days to fill out their preferences and choose their chosen institutions.” She said that the first round of admissions is scheduled to be finished by the third week of August, with classes starting in September.
Similarly, JNU is set to begin its second wave of admissions shortly. Students will be admitted to several undergraduate programs, including B.A. (Hons.) in Foreign Languages and B.Sc.-M.Sc. Integrated Programmes, depending on their CUET scores. A representative from JNU said, “We are “We are yet to receive the results from NTA. We hope to start the process in the next two to three days. Interested candidates will need to fill out the forms, after which the merit list will be prepared.”

This year, 13,47,618 students have registered for CUET UG 2024. The demographic split consists of 7.17 lakh male candidates, 6.30 lakh female candidates, and 7 transgender pupils. Candidates who sat the CUET UG test between May 15 and 29, as well as on July 19, can view and obtain their results at the official NTA websites, nta.ac.in and exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
