AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020: Great exam results are declared

AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 results for MSc (Nursing) has been declared on 19 June (Friday). The exam results for BSc (Post Basic Nursing) will be made public on 20 June.
The candidates who have passed AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 for MSc Nursing will have to appear for the counselling.


The notification further says as per prospectus and subsequent Notice No. 58/2020 dated 21.05.2020 indicating seat positions, only eight times of actual number of seats advertised in each category have
been called for first round of counselling/seat allocation(online mode).
The counselling with regards to AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 for MSc Nursing will be conducted online. The schedule for the counselling will be announced in due course of time, says the notification.
Meanwhile sources say, candidates who have appeared for AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 can download their marksheets at the official website of AIIMS at ‘www.aiimsexams.org’

Once the website is downloaded after clicking the above link, students can provide their login credentials and download their marksheet for AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020.
The list of the candidates who are called for first round of counselling is accessible at the official website of AIIMS.


The list is prepared roll number wise and not merit wise, say sources. Sources further remind that if the actual number of seats is not filled from the candidates called for the first round of counselling, the other qualified candidates may be called in subsequent rounds of counselling.
Treading down the memory lane, application release of AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 for MSc Nursing was on 13 December last year. The last date to submit application for AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 as 31 January this year.
The status update with regards to applications for AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 was done on 5 February this year. The time to make correction in the applications was from 6 to 17 February this year.
The final status with regards to AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 application was announced on 24 February. The admit cards were made available for AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 on 3 June.

AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 with regards to MSc Nursing took place on 11 June, results for the exam were declared on 19 June.
As far as counselling is concerned for MSc Nursing, the first round is expected to be in July or August. The second and third counselling may likely be conducted in August itself.
However, AIIMS is yet to declare the schedule for the counselling. Which will be done at the appropriate time on the official website of AIIMS.
Meanwhile, candidates who have passed AIIMS Nursing Exam 2020 have to take a printout of their scorecard of the exam and preserve it for future use. They may have to produce it while attending the counselling.

The questions are related to Biology, Physics, Chemistry taught at plus-two or graduate levels.
Some of the topics that had to be studied in Physics are Magnetic Effect of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Waves, Optics, Electrostatics.
Similarly some of the Chemistry topics are Solid State, Bio-molecules, Surface Chemistry, Alcohols, Phenols & Esther, Chemical Kinetics and among topics for Biology are Cell Theory, Five Kingdoms Classification, Elements and their Functions, Mineral Nutrition Essential.
