The procedure to apply is online. Applicants have to visit the official website of NEET UG hosted by NTA and click the appropriate link and create a user account comprising a username and password. Post creation of the account, applicants have to login with help of username and password and start filling the form.
They have to upload the required documents, pay the registration fee or exam fee and then check for errors in the details provided in the application form and correct them if any. Post corrections, they can submit the application form finally. Post final submission, students have to wait for confirmation message which indicates successful submission. Once the confirmation message of successful submission is obtained candidates can take a printout of the application form and preserve it for future use. The documents to be submitted are:
10th class marksheet
12th class marksheet or suggested alternatives if marksheets are yet to be obtained
Community Certificate (if applicable)
Differently Abled Certificate (if applicable)
Photograph of the candidate
Scanned image of candidate’s signature
