B.Sc - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 45 - 60% percentage in the science subjects from any renowned board.

B.E - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 60% percentage in any streams and subjects from any renowned board.

B.TECH - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 60% percentage in the science subjects from any renowned board.

BDS - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 50% percentage in the science subjects from any renowned board. The students also need to clear the NEET exams. 

BPT - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 45 - 60% percentage in the different subjects from any renowned board.

B.PHARMA - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 45 - 60% percentage in the science subjects from any renowned board.

BBA - The students must have completed their 12th standard with 45 - 60% percentage in any field from any renowned board.

M.SC - The students must have completed their B.SC from any recognised university with 55 - 60% marks. 

MD - The students must have completed their BD from any recognised university and must also crack NEET PG. 

MBA - The students must have completed their BBA or any other graduation course from any field from any recognised board. 

MDS - The students must have completed their BDS course from any recognised university. 

MS - The students need clear NEET PG exams.

At the undergraduate level, Sri Ramachandra University offers MBBS, BDS, B.Sc (Medical), B.Sc (Nursing), BPT, BOT, BBA, B.Pharm, and BASLP programmes. The institution offers Pharm.D., MD, MS, MDS, MPT, M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Medical), and MBA programmes in a variety of areas at the postgraduate level. Students can apply to DM, M.Ch, and Ph.D. programmes at the doctorate level in addition to UG and PG courses. The application form is available at the university office or online at the university's official website.

• Admission to MBBS and BDS programmes is based on a valid NEET UG score and later counselling.
• Admission to B.Tech, B.Sc, and M.Sc programmes is based on academic merit and a university-conducted interview.
• Candidates who have passed the NEET PG exam are eligible to apply for MD and MS programmes. Final admission is granted through DGHS, New Delhi's counselling process.
• Candidates who have passed NEET MDS are eligible to apply for MDS, but DM and M.Ch courses require a valid NEET SS score.
• Candidates for certain PG programmes and M.Phil. programmes must pass a university-based admission exam.
• Qualifying exams and an interview are required for admission to Ph.D. (Part-Time) and Full-Time programmes.

The mode of application for all the courses offered by the college is online only. For this, the students have to visit the official website of the college which is https://www.sriramachandra.edu.in/. Then the students have to visit the 'Admission & Programme' tab on the Home page and then select on ‘admission’.

Then the students have to Click on the registration link and register with the basic details. The next step is to login and fill out the application form. The step after this is to upload the documents and pay the application fee. The students have to submit the application form and also take out the print out for any kind of future reference.

• UG mark sheet and certificate

The students also have to keep a check on the merit list of the college because there is how they have to check about their admission.
