The CIII trains students with respect to the different soft skills they've developed to employability skills, and placement assistance will also be provided.

Placement Training and University Industry Coordination are the three key activities of the center.

In 2019, on-campus and off-campus placements saw over 80% of the students placed, which is generally a part of the university.

The PMIST also allows local Colleges/Institutes to participate in the Campus interviews arranged on its premises.
