MITADT University Pune Placement 

The highest package offered by the college is around 27.50 LPA and the average package offered is somewhat around 5.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of the college are IBM, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Cognizant, Razorpay, Stratix Consultants, TCS, Wipro, and ZS. The university has achieved 78% overall placements for the academic year 2020-2021 till now.

All in all 522 recruiters participated in the placement drive and successfully placed 724 students. The Placements percentage for bachelor programmes is around 58% and the Placements percentage for masters programmes is 43%. 

There is a dedicated and a specialised training and placement cell in the college to take care of the placements. All students enrolled in the college will be provided placement assistance, counselling for employment and self/social entrepreneurship. This cell provides logistic support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process.

The training cell helps the students to not only get the jobs but also get the internships that could help them with their career. The training is given to the students in the areas like communication, Personality Grooming Skills, Logical Reasoning, and Aptitude, etc. The aim of the training cell is personality development and career counselling for the students.
