Xavier Aptitude Test 2022 is a CBT that was conducted on January 2, 2022 . Around 90000 candidates are expected to participate for admission into 150 B Schools accepting XAT Scores. The official notification for XAT 2022 was released on August 9 2021.
Candidates who have a bachelor's degree in any subject could register for XAT by paying INR 1750. XAT 2022 Registration started on August 10, 2021. Candidates could apply until December 10, 2021, up to midnight. XAT for 2022 has been conducted, applicants who are focused on it can consider applying for XAT that would be conducted in 2023. The notification would be issued on the official website of the exam at the appropriate time.
Applicants can submit applications after the notification is out. Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, General Knowledge, Essay Writing Test have to be answered in 3 hours 10 minutes.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it. Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in further admission process.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates.
