WBJEE 2023 Exam Cut Off

WBJEEB will not consider any class 12 marks for calculating ranks in the WBJEE Examination. The WBJEE Board will decide the cut off list on the following basis:

  • Number of students appeared for the exam.
  • Level of difficulty of the exam.
  • Seat availability.
  • A total of 36,000 seats are expected to be filled in 104 participating colleges of WBJEE 2023. Based on the papers that appeared in WBJEE followed by marks scores thereof, the Board will prepare two merit lists namely GMR and PMR. Each participating college of WBJEE will release separate cut off lists separately for the different courses it offers.

The merit list is prepared considering the marks scored by candidates in the exam, therefore, the table below can provide a rough idea of the marks- ranks ratio for the year 2023.
