Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design IIT Bombay (Indian Institutute of Technology Bombay) conducts Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) to provide admission into BDes (Bachelors in Design) course offered at IT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur.
The test is organised under the aegis of UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee 2022 (henceforth referred as the UCI Committee). Students who are aiming for BDes course can focus on this test.
This is a national level exam that is conducted once a year and notifications are released at the appropriate time every year. For 2022, the application submission took place from 9/9/2021 to 16/11/2021. The test was conducted on 23/1/2022. Students who wish to apply for the test can do it at the next appropriate time.
The notification is released on the offcial website of the exam every year at the appropriate time, candidates can start registering after the release of notification.
The procedure to submit applications is online and candidates have to visit the official website and click the appropriate link for registration. Post clicking the link for registration, candidates have to fill details like their name, date of birth, qualification, email, mobile number and create an account comprising username and password.
Post account creation, candidates can login using the credentials (username and password) created during registration and start filling the application form. Post filling the application from, candidate has to upload required documents and pay the registration fee.
The registration fee has to be paid and confirmation for that has to be obtained. After the confirmation for fee payment is obtained, candidates can check the application form for any errors in the details provided and then submit the form finally and obtain confirmation. Post obtaining confirmation, candidates can download the application and take a printout of it. Post application submission, the candidates have to appear for a written test.
The schedule for the written test will be intimated to the candidates at the appropriate time on the official website of the exam. Candidates can also receive the schedule of the exam even on their respective emails. The hall ticket has to be downloaded from the official website.
The test will be conducted in offline and online mode and questions related to maths, physics, chemistry, analytical ability, logical thinking, creativity, design aptitude have to be answered in duration of 3 hours. Students who have written the exam can wait for the results.
Post release of results, candidates can compare their score in the exam with the cutoff marks which are the minimum qualifying marks to be obtained by the candidates to become eligible for the next phase of admission process or final selection for the seat in the educational institution.

If the score of the candidate in the exam is either greater than the cutoff or equal to it, they can apply for taking part in the counselling process. Enter JEE Main 2023 Roll Number and Password.
Step 2: Upload Documents
Documents required must be kept handy before filling the application form. Once the JEE Advanced
application form is filled correctly, upload the required set of documents with the specifications.
Upload high quality scanned images of your latest photograph and signature in JPEG format.
The signature size should range from 1kb- 30kb.

Age limit: There is an age limit to appear for JEE Advanced 2023.
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1995
Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have
been born on or after October 1, 1990.
Qualifying JEE Main 2023: Candidates should be among the top 2,45,000 (including
all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2023. The number of candidates that are selected from each of
