Educational qualification
Applicants must have passed BSc/BSc (Hons)/BCA/BIT of minimum three years full-time with Mathematics/Statistics/Equivalent subject as one of the subjects from a recognized University. Even candidates who have completed a degree in BSc/BSc(Hons)/BCA/BIT from Open Universities can also apply provided their programme is approved by UGC/AICTE and Distance Education Council (DEC) of Government of India.
Pass marks
Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale in case of SC/ ST).
Nationality
Applicants must be a citizen of India and must be residing in any one of the states or union territories in India.
The exam will be conducted for two hours and questions will be in multiple choice format and test will be conducted in online mode. Correct answer will get 4 marks and wrong answer will lose 1 mark. The total number of questions are 120 and duration of the test is 2 hours. More information is provided below for the sake of the candidates in a tabular format:
