JEE Main 2020 - Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2020, Earlier known as All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), is a national level entrance examination organised by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission in premium engineering Institutes in India. Earlier JEE Main used to happen only once in a year, But now, It is conducted twice. The students will have various benefits of the new pattern. JEE Main Application Form 2020
The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the JEE Main Application Form around 2 months prior to the exam. Candidates can fill the application form through the official website of NTA. A student can only fill one application form, More than one application i.e. Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected. Candidates need to provide details such as personal, academic qualification, uploading signature and passport size photographs in the application form. Students need to pay the application fee to complete the application process.

Before applying for the JEE Main 2020, Students need to check the eligibility criteria of the Exam. There are various eligibility factors which students need to know before appearing in the exam. Let's discuss each point one by one.
Age Limit: No age limit for appearing in JEE Main 2020.
Academic Qualification: Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University
JEE Main Exam Pattern 2020
JEE Main 2020 entrance test will be conducted on 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th & 11th April 2020. Students need to know the exam pattern for a better approach to the exam.
Exam Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT), However, The drawing exam of B.Arch shall be held in offline mode.
Duration: 3 Hours
Number of Papers: JEE Main is held for admission in B.E/B.Tech, B.Arch/B.Plan
Total Marks: Paper of B.E/ B.Tech will be of total 300 marks. While, B.Arch/ B.Plan will be of a total of 400 marks.
Type of Questions: The question will be of multiple choice questions (MCQ’s) in both the exam for B.E and B.Arch. However, the drawing test of B.Arch will be of subjective type.
Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given to each correct answer. -1 for each incorrect answer.
JEE Main Result & Counselling
NTA will release the JEE Main 2020 result by 30 April, 2020. JEE Main 2020 counselling will begin once the results are out. Candidates can download the result by providing the credentials such as Date of Birth and Roll number. The official body releases the answer key before announcing the result. The Candidates can calculate the expected score by the answer key. The Students who qualify for the exam will be called for the counselling round.
