IIT Delhi is conducting JEE Advanced 2020 on May 17, 2022. The mock test to practice for the exam has been made live on jeeadv.ac.in. Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) hold JEE Advanced in CBT mode and at a national level on a rotational basis. In 2022, IIT Delhi is holding the exam for UG engineering admission across 23 IITs. The top 2.5 lakh qualifiers of JEE Main 2020 will be allowed to appear for JEE Advanced 2022 exam. 10+2 candidates with more than 75% marks (or among top 20 percentiles), fulfilling the eligibility criteria, may apply from 3rd week of April 2022.
JEE Advanced is the only gateway for admission in one of the IITs. Around 106 UG engineering courses are offered across 23 IITs of the nation. To enrol in one of them, aspirants have to qualify both the papers in JEE Advanced.
The candidates can check below the eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Advanced 2022:
Age limit: There is an age limit to appear for JEE Advanced 2022.
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1995
Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1990.
Qualifying JEE Main 2022: Candidates should be among the top 2,45,000 (including all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2022. The number of candidates that are selected from each of the categories is as follows:

Attempt limit: Candidates get 2 attempts for JEE Advanced.
Appearance in Class 12 (or equivalent) examination: The candidates should have appeared in class 12 exam first time in either 2021 or 2022.
Admission in the IITs: The candidate must not have enrolled in any of the IITs before.
For the B.Arch Aspirants – Important Note. – To take admission in the architecture courses in the IITs, the students need to qualify the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT).
– The candidates who qualify JEE Advanced can apply to appear in AAT.
– B. Arch. program is available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee only.
