Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination 2022 - Jawaharlal Nehru University conducts its Entrance Test JNUET annually for admission to its various UG and PG courses.

The exam is also known as JNU CEEB or JNU Entrance Exam. JNU eligibility criteria for different course vary depending upon the selection of the course. Candidates are mainly advised to check the same before applying.

So, for some courses, the university conducts a selection procedure for admission which includes a viva-Voce exam after the written entrance exam. While the JNU admission to some courses is done through an online examination.

The annual entrance exams are held in May and the results for all UG and PG programmes are declared in June. The exams for different programmes are usually objective in nature carrying Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

  • Visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2023.
  • Enter JEE Main 2023 Roll Number and Password.

Step 2: Upload Documents

Documents required must be kept handy before filling the application form. Once the JEE Advanced application form is filled correctly, upload the required set of documents with the specifications.

  • Upload high quality scanned images of your latest photograph and signature in JPEG format.
  • The signature size should range from 1kb- 30kb.

JEE Advanced 2023 Eligbility Criteria

The candidates can check below the eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Advanced 2023:

Age limit: There is an age limit to appear for JEE Advanced 2023.

  • Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1995
  • Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1990.

Qualifying JEE Main 2023: Candidates should be among the top 2,45,000 (including all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2023. The number of candidates that are selected from each of the categories is as follows:

Preparation Tips

JEE Advanced 2023 Counselling

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates. Registration has to be done and the candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses. Candidates will be allotted seats into the participating IITs according to their secured ranks, preferences and availability of seats.

The counselling for the JEE Advanced AAT 2023 qualified candidates will be conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The candidates will have to register through JoSAA where allotment will be done according to the candidate’s secured rank, preferences made and availability of seat.
