Eligibility Criteria
Paper 1 (Classes I-V): Senior Secondary (Class 12) with at least 50% marks AND Diploma/B.Ed in Elementary Education. Paper 2 (Classes VI-VIII): Graduation with at least 50% marks AND B.Ed/BA.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Appearing candidates also eligible.
Exam Pattern
Paper 1 (Primary): 150 MCQs in 2.5 hours — Child Development & Pedagogy (30), Language I (30), Language II (30), Mathematics (30), Environmental Studies (30). Paper 2 (Elementary): 150 MCQs in 2.5 hours — Child Development (30), Language I (30), Language II (30), Mathematics/Science OR Social Science (60). +1 for correct, no negative marking. Total: 150 marks each.
