CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2023

Candidates appearing for CLAT exam, need to fulfil the given eligibility criteria:

CLAT Eligibility for five-year Integrated courses:

  • The Candidate must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a national or state board of education.
  • The Candidate should have obtained atleast 45% marks if belonging to General/ Other Backward Class (OBC) / Specially-abled categories and 40% marks if belonging to Scheduled Class (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories. 
  • There is no age limit to apply CLAT 2022 as the Bar Council of India (BCI) as removed the upper or lower age limit criteria for admissions to law courses. 

 

CLAT 2023 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of CLAT will be different for students opting for undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses. The pattern for students opting for undergraduate and postgraduate courses through CLAT is given below:
