The dates for counselling will be announced after the declaration of results for the exam. The official website of the exam has to be referred at the appropriate time for the results. Candidates who pass the exam with required cutoff can take part in the counselling process. The date, time and venue for counselling process will be intimated on the official website of the exam.
Candidates may even receive the communication for counselling on their email ids, they can keep visiting their email id accounts regularly after the declaration of results on the official website.
Individuals who pass the exam with required cutoff score becomes eligible to take part in the counselling procedure.
Candidates who are eligible for taking part in the counselling have to register for it. They have to
pay certain amount which is known as counselling fee to take part in the counselling process. The fee to be paid will be intimated at the appropriate time.
Candidates would have exercised the choice of the institution where they wish to study while filling the application form itself. They can attend the counselling where they will be selected based on their rank in the BIT MCA entrance exam.
