Eligibility criteria for BVP CET 2022

The criteria of eligibility depends upon the type of the course the candidate wishes to apply through this exam. On a general note, candidates applying for graduate courses through BVP CET should have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution located anywhere in India. More information is provided below for the sake of the students:

Educational Qualification

Interested aspirants should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects  from a recognised educational institution located across India. Candidates choosing courses like Biotechnology must have passed their qualifying exam with subjects as Biology, Biotechnology along with Physics and Chemistry.

The candidates who have appeared for their qualifying exam and are waiting for results or who are about to appear for the qualifying exams can also apply. These candidates have to pass the qualifying exam and provide the proof for it by the time of admission.

Qualifying Exam Pass Marks

Open category candidates must secure 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination. Reserved category aspirants need to secure 40% aggregate marks in their qualifying exam.

Exam pattern for BVP CET 2022

Candidates will be answering the questions on a computer as the test will be conducted in online mode. The test could also be conducted in Remote Proctored Online Mode, if this option is open, candidates can just book their exam slot online and then login at the appropriate time (as per the slot booked by the candidate) from anywhere and then start answering the questions in the test.

The duration to answer all the questions is 3 hours. More information is provided in the table below for the sake of the students:
