B.Sc - Biochemistry Candidates must have completed their class XII / PUC Studies from any Recognized Board in Science stream with an aggregate 50% in Chemistry and Biology as subjects.
B.Sc - Biotechnology Students should have completed PUC or +2 with 60% aggregate without supplementary exams with a combination of Biology and Chemistry.
B.Sc - Community Science and Management Students from Science, Arts and Commerce are eligible (Arts and Commerce students should have undergo a bridge course for 10 to 12 hours in qualifying examination).
B.Sc - Fashion and Apparel Design(FAD)
  • Candidate shall have passed the Pre-University examination of PU Board of Karnataka in Arts. Science or Commerce stream or any other examination in the State of Karnataka or two years Job Oriented courses conducted by the Board of Vocational Education of any State Government or any other examination considered as equivalent 12th Standard, CBSC, ICSE by the university with an aggregate of 40% marks and above.
  • Candidate with Diploma in any discipline and any other examination considered as equivalent thereto conducted by the Dept. of Technical Education, Govt. of Karnataka/ other State/ University/ Government/ Ministry of Textiles, Governmentof India/ Ministry of Skills of NSQF level6/ National Skill Development programs of NSQF level 6 are eligible for admission to the I Semester of the B.Sc. Fashion and Apparel Design Course.
B.Sc - Food Science & Nutrition Candidates with 50% in II PU/ 10 + 2 CBSE/ ISC/ 12th from any other Recognized board with 60% in Chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply.
B.Sc - Interior Design Management (IDM) Students who have completed their II PUC/ 12th Standard of CBSE/ ISC or any other Recognized Board in any stream (Arts, Science or Commerce) with minimum of 60% of marks are eligible for admission to the programme.
B.Sc - Data Science Students should have studied Maths/ Business Maths/ Basic Maths/ General Maths/ Applied Maths/ Statistics in their calss 12/ PUC exams and scored at least 60 marks in the same.

  • Candidate should have passed Pre-University or an equivalent examination with Mathematics/ Business Maths as one of the optional subject.

B.Sc - Mathematics, Physics Minimum 50% pass percentage in 2nd OUC/ 12th (with Physics and Mathematics).
B.Sc - Nutrition & Dietetics, Human Development Candidates with minimum aggregate of 55% in II PUC/ 10+2 CBSE/ ISC/ 12th from any recognized board with minimum of 60% in Chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply.
B.Sc - Zoology, Biotechnology Students must have completed their II PUC/ 12th Standard of CBSE/ ISC or any examination with Biology, Chemistry as equivalent from recognized board.

M.Sc - Biotechnology Students have completed BSc securing aggregate of 70% without any supplementary exams in Biolgical Sciences and atleast in PUC they should have studied Chemistry.
M.Sc - Botany 50% in degree with Botany as one of the subjects in their UG.
M.Sc - Chemistry Minimum 50% marks (aggregate) in the qualifying Undergraduate Examination (BSc Degree) with Chemistry as a subject & have studied Mathematics at Class XII level.
M.Sc - Computer Science(Data Science Specialization)
  • Candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Computer Science) or BCA/ B.E.(CS/IS) with Mathematics as one of the subject and atleast 50% aggregate marks in all optional subjects (throughout 3 years B.Sc./ BCA Programme).
  • The minimum requirement for SC/ ST candidates are relaxed in accordance with University regulations.
M.Sc - Electronics Any Science graduate with Electronics or Physics as core subject with 50% aggregate marks.
M.Sc - Food Science & Nutrition
  • Aspirants of the program should have completed B.Sc Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics/ Nutrition and Dietetics / Food Science and Quality Control/ Human Nutrition/Applied Nutrition/Food Science and Nutrition/ Home Science or Family and Community Sciences from UGC recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% and 65% and above in nutrition subjects.

  • Candidate should have passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or an equivalent degree.
  • Candidate should have passed B.Sc./ B.Com/ BA with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level (with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University).
