Graphic Era University, earlier known as Graphic Era Institute of Technology is one of the top Engineering Institutions in Uttarakhand. It was established in 1993. However, In 2008 it was accorded the status of Deemed to be University.
In streams such as Engineering, Finance, Computer Technology, Commerce, Life Sciences, Hotel Management, and Hospitality, the university offers numerous undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes.
Graphic Era currently offers 37 courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students through different lines.
The University has acquired transnational dimensions through student exchange and information sharing initiatives with several foreign universities and has been recognised and recognized for its excellence in upholding the highest educational standards at international fora.
Graphic Age University is setting new milestones in education, with recognition from prominent institutions. It took a major initiative in Engineering programs by getting into Partnerships with Tata Technologies and IBM to create next age Engineering Professionals through Industry Collaborations.

Graphic Era campus is located in Dehradun's scenic valley, with Rajaji National Park adjacent from one end and Clement Town Cantonment peaceful from the other. Students make the most of their Graphic Age Academic Stay by utilizing a host of on-campus resources, and by engaging and sometimes creating a diverse collection of day-to-day events.
A guest house containing 12 AC and Non-AC rooms is accessible at nominal fees to the guardians on campus on the basis of actual availability.
