Sun International Institute for Tourism and Management Campus Life

SIITAM is located heart of the city and is well connected to the AirPort, Central Bus Station and Railway Station. Most of the Hotels and companies are within the surroundings of 2 km from major hotels of the city which gives students real-time exposure and interaction with hotel professionals as and when required. The college has excellent infrastructure, state-of-art Technology like Computer Lab, Mock-Bar, Training Guest Room, Fully equipped kitchens, Training Restaurants, Library and Seminar Hall. The institute is spread over 10,000 acres of space.

Reception Area: Huge Glass doors and completely wooden structure is what awaits you with box-shaped cubicles for the Counselling and Administration wing. All the cubicles are so spacious that the privacy of each cubicle is maintained.

Class Rooms: The classrooms are air-conditioned with latest teaching aids and equipment like OHP, LCD Projectors, Wi-Fi Technology etc.

Library: The library has a good collection of books required for management and hospitality professionals and additional informative books. Most of the academic books are provided by the college to the students however only reference books are available in the library.

Internet: SIITAM has an advanced Wi-Fi Campus. The students can easily work on their project work, data collection during the Exams, Preparation of Notes PPT and Presentations

Computer Lab: SIITAM has a well equipped Computer Lab is well with the latest systems in which advanced software is loaded. Each student has access to an individual computer. 

Faculty Bay: Each Faculty is provided with computers.

Basic Kitchen (BTK): The freshers are provided with an in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge. In the basic training kitchen, the first-year students learn basic culinary art and get prepared for further challenges. The students get to learn international cooking traits and art.

Seminar Hall: This is the most loved spot of students. Guest Lectures, Director addressing students, Friday Seminars, Assembly, Events, Functions all are celebrated here in style and opulence. 

Dining Area: This area is used as a training area for students of HM in Service and Beverage with the help of a well-stocked bar to teach the students the know-how of different Liqueur available and knowledge necessary for this Industry. The staff also uses the dining area for having lunch. 

Faculty Development Program: To keep the Faculty always updated to the latest techniques of teaching, knowledge of Industry and current trends, Faculty Development Programs are organized regularly. 

Birthday Parties: Everyone's special day be it of Director, Staff or Student is celebrated with a zest so that students don't feel home-sick.

Project Book: The students have training diaries which they are supposed to fill in daily at their workplace according to their duties and take the signature of their project heads. Corporate or External Faculty reviews these books and the student is grilled on the given topic to understand how much the student has learnt.

Hostel Facilities: The institute has separate hostels for boys and girls at a very nominal cost. 

Quantity Kitchen (QTK): The quantity training kitchen prepares the students to face the challenges of cooking for large groups and catering. As the college is attached to a hotel, students undergo their bulk preparation in the hotel kitchen itself on a rotation basis.

Advanced Kitchen (ATK): The professionals are finely polished here and are provided training in planning and preparation of Indian, Oriental and Western Cuisines.

Training Restaurant & Mock Bar: Getting ready for various occasions from presidential gatherings to marriage and fast food service to spirits, cocktails and champagne are part of the daily routine to make the student perfect.

Housekeeping Lab: The students are subjected to practical training in the Institute. 

Communication Lab: This lab is to improve the communication skill of each student like writing skill, reading skill, spoken English and business English.

In House Training: The College is attached to a Hotel of 20 guest rooms and a multicuisine restaurant and students are provided with in-house training on a Rota basis to have real-time exposure.
