The objective of the Placement Cell of Shri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research is to organize campus recruitment for the students and prepare them for the same by arranging training in group discussions, aptitude tests, preparing for technical & HR interviews through professional trainers.

There is a dedicated placement cell in the college that helps the students with the training and further placements of the students. The aim of the training cell is to train the students and make them ready for all the training processes that happen at the time of the corporate placements.

In this training time, the students are given training for getting industry ready. The college provides complete career and placement guidance to its students so that they get their dream jobs in reputed organizations with handsome salary packages.

The placement and the training cell prepares each students based on their potential, ability, and also interests. The college has an active placement and training cell. The institute has setup a placement cell with required facilities for effective placements of students at the end of the course or after passing all the semesters.
