SLIB functions under the sponsorship of the Foundation for Life Sciences and Business Management, a non-profitable organization. Admissions into the UG and PG courses are on the basis of merit scored in subjects except for B.Tech and M.Tech programmes for which admissions are on the basis only on JEE-Main and GATE entrance exam results.
