A. ROYAL MERIT - ON ADMISSION SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility Criteria

i. A student availing of 100% Royal Merit Scholarship is required to the Caution money of Rs. 10000/- (refundable) only and those availing Royal Merit Scholarship in 50% or 25% categories are required to pay the remaining percentage of fee for the 1st semester/year of his/her programme of study along with the Admission Fee, Registration Fee and Caution money (refundable) of Rs. 10000/- only at the time of admission.

• In case a student, availing Royal Merit - On Admission Scholarship, wishes to avail of hostel/ transportation facilities, he/she will have to pay the full hostel/ transportation fees as prescribed for other students.

• The Scholarship may not be applicable for Courses Governed by Regulatory Bodies (AICTE, COA, PCI, INC, ANMHVC, BCI, etc.)

• The final decision of granting a scholarship lies with the University Scholarship Committee and or Competent Authority/s.

Continuation of Scholarship for subsequent years will be governed as follows –

• Class attendance of the students must be 75% and above in all the subjects in each semester from the previous academic year.

• To continue availing of scholarship, a student must clear all the papers in each semester should not carry any backlog in any semester from the previous academic year and pass the semester/annual examination for promotion to the next year.

1. Check Eligibility

2. Complete the online application form

Please apply for a course by Registering in our Admission Application Page by Clicking on the Apply Now button available in the website or click here.

3. Fill the application form

Fill in the required details and make the application fee payment of Rs.1000 (plus taxes).

4. Upload Documents

Remember to upload all documents. We won't be able to process your application fully until we have received everything we need. However, you can still apply while you gather outstanding documentation. We will then communicate with you regarding any extra documentation

5. Await our response

We will acknowledge your application within 24 hours and you will proceed to the next step (Personal Interview/Written Test).

6. Issuance of Offer Letter

Once you clear the Personal Interview, we will issue you the Admission Offer Letter which can be viewed by logging into your dashboard.

Shuttle services allow students to conveniently go from one part of campus to another.

Hostel rooms at RGU are smart, exquisite and classy. The hostel complex is huge and is surrounded by greenery. All hostel rooms have air conditioners, dining hall, high- speed internet facility and study area. Apart from this, indoor games like pool table, caroms, chess, table tennis etc makes the hostel experience fun and unique.
