Recenty, Rajasthan Swayat Shasan Mahavidyalaya finished its 2023 hiring drive. Students who took part in special competitive classes offered by the college on campus were more likely to get jobs in government areas. Seminars, classes, workshops, and one-on-one meetings with IAS, higher government officials, and high-ranking administrative officers help students feel better about their own self-confidence and fill them with knowledge and sincerity. Because of extra focus on teaching classes for competitive tests, more students are getting jobs in colleges, the postal service, banks, and other government agencies.

The history of past jobs also shows that we care about our students' growth in all areas, not just their academic needs. The students were hired by the IA, the Government of Rajasthan, the Tax Department, the Police Department, the JDA, the JVVNL, FCI, the VDO, the Patwari, and the Banks. On top of that, placement figures in the IT field show that students are hired by companies like Dot Square, Ranosys Tech, Dogma Software, BSNL, Acer, Seck Infotech, and many more.
