Oriental University Indore Scholarships 

The different scholarships provided to the students by the college are as follows:

The University offers OU Aspire scholarship worth INR 6 crores. 

The college believes that the meritorious students should be given benefits for their hard work in the form of scholarships so that they can be rewarded. Also, the college feels that the students who are financially backward must also get waiver off in the tuition fee so that money does not become a barrier in the education.

Oriental University, Indore - OU-ASPIRE (E-Governance Based Admission System)

Oriental University offers a seamless and technology-driven admission process through OU-ASPIRE, an E-Governance-Based Admission System. Candidates seeking admission to Diploma, Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programs must register on the admission portal. Admission is based on entrance exams such as JEE, CAT, CUET, CLAT, MAT, UCEED, CET, PAT, and other recognized tests, or through qualifying examinations like SSC, HSC, UG, or PG.

The process includes online registration, document verification, and fee submission, ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience for students.

Reporting & Document Verification

Candidates must visit the Oriental University campus with their original mark sheets and relevant documents for verification. Initially, provisional admission is granted before final results and document submission. The university’s reporting team will assist students in completing the admission formalities.

Upon successful verification and fee payment, students will receive their fee receipt and Admission Slip. Original mark sheets will be returned after verification.

How to Apply - Step-by-Step Process

8. Verify Documents for Provisional Admission: Upload scanned copies of required documents for verification. Provisional admission will be granted before final document submission.
9. Pay the Semester Fees: Once eligibility is confirmed, students can pay semester fees via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Challan.
10. Collect Admission Slip: Upon completing the admission process, download or collect the Admission Slip, duly signed by the reporting office.

Oriental University Indore Campus 

The college has different committees for the students to benefit with them in the long run. They have an anti ragging committee, codes of conduct committee, committee of the SC and the ST students, grievance redressal committee, internal complaints committee, internal quality assurance cell, women and gender development cell, and IPR Cell. 

The campus of the college is the moist through fully designed campus keeping in mind the needs of the students. The campus is located at the highway near Devi Ahilya International Airport. It is a lush green campus that is one of the most beautiful and serene educational institutes spread over 77 acres of land. A special mention of M/s Hafeez Contractors, one of the most renowned architects of India is worth here, who contributed for an all-encompassing university that reflects design excellence. 

Currently, the University’s exquisite infrastructure houses spacious classrooms with the latest teaching aids, well-equipped and high tech laboratories and workshops.

The college also hosts a lot of work shops for the benefit of the students. They have workshops including the Hyundai Tech center, ICT-based spacious classrooms, and a central library with separate reading areas for students and faculty members. OUI combines innovative teaching and pioneering research in a highly collaborative environment that helps students to achieve quality education and excellence. They hold responsible positions in government, judiciary and almost all kinds of companies. The college has a green campus, computer labs, class rooms, moot court, seminar halls, hostel, mess and canteen, staff quarters, and every other facility. 

There is a specialised code of conduct organised for the college students. The Student Code of Conduct sets the standards of conduct expected of students. It holds individuals and groups responsible for the consequences of their actions. The students are strictly expected to conduct themselves in a manner that contributes positively to the University environment in which respect, civility, honesty ,sincerity and good manners are valued, so as to assure the success of both the students and the University. Oriental University, students must abide by the rules and regulations of the University.

Oriental University Indore Hostel 

The college also has a hostel for the girls and the boys of the college. The hostels of the college are very well ventilated and that is the first priority of them to ensure that hostels have proper ventilation for the college.

There are comfortable twin and triple sharing rooms in the college with proper amenities. The hostels have wi-fi throughout the day because that is the need of the hour for the students. Talking about the security of the college, there is warden who looks after the hostel campus and for the needs of the students. 

The security is obviously intact but that doesn’t mean that the students cannot have fun in their hostels. They just have to be in discipline. The hostel also has a mess which provides hygienic and fresh food to the students three times a day along with the evening snack.

The students can enjoy the meals inside the mess in a light hearted and chilled environment. The college takes pride in saying that they haven’t ever received a single complaint about the hostel food’s taste and quality. They make sure that the students do not feel that they are away from their homes.
