They have a specialised career development cell that helps the students to prosper in their careers. The aim of this cell is to provide counseling and career decision support, emphasizing career development as a lifelong process to all of its students. They help the students by organising special workshops to prepare the students for the selection process. Each student is provided with provided additional training for specific industry sectors. 

Corporate visits, industry professionals and other subject experts are regularly called by the career development cell to interact with students and deliver talks on the current developments. CDC also helps the students with the summer placements and internships. 

The Guidance and Counseling cell of the college provides a wholesome and conducive environment for all round development of the students. This is a team effort involving principal, faculty members and the counsellor. Various guidance and counselling services provided to the students are as follows:

• In the beginning of the academic session the cell provides orientation to the students about the functioning of the college, learning resources and other technological arrangements available as well as the institutional values.
• The cell addresses their specific personal problems, opportunities for employment as well as career development and provide guidance to appear for competitive examinations.
• They organize various training programmes including those on personality development, training for confidence building, positive self esteem, time management, interpersonal skills to face interviews.
• They arrange for various lectures for the graduates and post graduates students of the college to improve their overall personalities that help them to meet challenges in global competition and new market paradigms.
• It provides personal, vocational and career counselling to the students on one-to-one basis.

Talking about the internships, the cell also helps the students to bag some amazing international internships. International internships are optional & the costs are to be borne by the students & are not included in the fees of the college.

The aim is to help students shape their future and get their dream jobs in reputed organizations with handsome salary packages. The Highest salary offered by them till date is Rs 23.5 LPA and Average salary offered by them is Rs 7.4 LPA.

Remedial classes are taken for the betterment of each student in the college. The main aim of the remedial classes are as follows: 

• The tutorials and remedial classes are conducted for these students to provide support in difficult areas of learning,
• Students are encouraged to sharpen their listening and writing skills and to improve communication skills to overcome language barriers.
• Adequate practice work is given to these students.
• Additional Reading material and simplified notes. Quick revision points prepared by

the faculty members.

• Providing Friendly environment for Motivation and confidence building
• Slow learners may approach the concerned teachers during their free periods
• Psycho-social counselling is also provided by teachers and a qualified counsellor to students whose studies get adversely affected by personal or emotional problems.
