The college provides scholarships worth Rs 4 crores. Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Scholarship Test #LSET is an initiative to find bright and deserving minds and support them financially with their dream of achieving quality higher education degree. 

The college and the whole institution group believes that money should not come in between education and must not create a barrier. They believe that all the students must have access to education without any guilt and hardships. 

For this, they have come up with scholarships to help the financially disabled students and also for the hardworking students who score great marks. The students must check their eligibility for the scholarships right at the time of the admission and apply for it or else they will not be able to get the benefit of the scholarships later. 

In conformity with its aims and objectives, the Vidyapeeth awards scholarship to the meritorious students and free ship to the students belonging to the weaker section of the Society. The Vidyapeeth has also introduced, Tuition Fee Waiver scheme for Women, Economically Backwards, Physically Handicapped and meritorious students.

Being the best university in Faridabad, Lingaya's Vidyapeeth has created a Welfare Fund for students with seed money of Rs. 25 lac to meet the expenditure incurred by students due to unfortunate and unavoidable contingencies, during their tenure as students Lingaya's. This fund also takes care of a students entire tuition fee in the unfortunate event of them losing their bread earning parent during his/her study.

Eligibility for International Students 

1. Diploma Program: Required qualification is 10th class or equivalent with minimum 50% qualification marks.
2. Under Graduate Programs: Required qualification is 10th+2 class or equivalent with minimum 50% qualification marks.
3. Post Graduate Programs: Required qualification is Bachelors’ Degree in relevant area / discipline / program with minimum 50% qualification marks.
4. Research Programs: Required qualification is Masters’ Degree relevant area / discipline / program with minimum 55% qualification marks. Subject to passing entrance exam and/or personal interview.

Lingayas Vidyapeeth University Faridabad Admission Process

The first step of the admission process is the registration on the website. For this, the students have to visit the official website of the college and register themselves on it. 

Then the next step is to fill the application form for the admission on the website. The students have to submit all the required documents on the website. The students must submit all the correct documents or else they will be rejected while finalising. The students will have to submit the application form fee as well or else their forms will not be accepted. 

The students have to give the LET exams which is optional. 

Then there is a documentation process in which the checking of the documents will be done. There is a counselling process right after this. The selected students will be given counselling for this. 

Just after this, the students have to submit the fee of their course in the concerned instalments and process, and the admission is finally done. 

Admission Process for International Students 

Students should purchase the International Student’s Bulletin (including the eligibility form) and the prospectus of the Vidyapeeth. This information is also available on the website.

Fill up the online application form for international students and submit it, along with the copies of certificates mentioned and the required fees. This should be done well in the time so that the student is able to obtain the visa and NOC before the commencement of course after completion of admission process.

Get the provisional admission letter from the International students Cell, in order to obtain the student visa.

Produce the document of provisional admission to the Indian Embassy in the respective country and get a student visa endorsed to institution/ University.

Report to the University for Admission. Fill the permanent admission form and submit it along with the following documents (In original along with a Xerox copy)

• a. Mark/Grade statement of the qualifying examination.
• b. Transfer/school leaving certificate from the institute/University last attended.
• c. Nationality Certificate in case of NRI/PIO/F N Nationality Certificate of Guardian in case of P.I.O.
• d. A Xerox copy of their passport- duly attested by a notary.
• e. Physical fitness certificate from a registered physician.
• f. Certificate from the owner /Head of the Institute stating the length of service & Total emoluments if guardian if in service in foreign country.
• g. Income certificate from competent authority, in case the guardian is self employed.

Note: The original certificates will be returned to the students immediately after making necessary endorsements.

Undergo medical examination and obtain a medical fitness certificate. As per government rules all International Students entering India on student visa have to be tested for HIV and will not be given admission, if found to be positive.

All International students will be required to pay medical fees of USD $ 50, which includes the medical insurance cover for the first year. For subsequent years the medical fees will be same as for the other Indian students and is included in yearly fees.

Appear for the proficiency test in English. This is only applicable if the qualifying examination is not in the English medium.

Admission of International students will be confirmed only after verification of original certificates, medical fitness test and payment of required fees.

Within a week of arrival in India, register with the FRRO of the local police

The college campus is a beautiful one which is designed with the needs of the modern students in minds. The campus is a fully wi-fi enabled one because internet is the need of the hour for both teaching and learning.

Lingayas Vidyapeeth University Faridabad Hostel 

There is a separate hostel for the students for both the boys and girls. The hostel has a very tight security that is taken care by the vigilant security personnel. The hostel is supervised 24X7 by the wardens in both the hostels. Both the hostels provide sufficient scope for interaction and relationship building.

It provides a congenial atmosphere that gives new students optimal scope to know their seniors, learn from them, leverage their knowledge and build lasting relations with them. The hostels also provide neat and green environment with sports facilities for the students to relax and enjoy their stay.The hostels have mess facility where students can enjoy nutritious and hygienic food.

There is a mess inside the college that prepares nutritious, delicious and healthy food for the students that tastes home like. They take extra care in making sure that students get to eat interesting meals all the three times of the day which is also healthy and is far from being the junk food. The students have to give attendance inside the mess for their meals on time. 

There are combined washroom facilities for the students, with laundry services cleaning service, etc. Utmost cleanliness and hygiene check is maintained in each room, bathroom, common room of the hostels. 

The students are supposed to take permissions for outings, etc from the wardens. No outer people are allowed to visit the campus. The students have to report in the hostel in the specified time limit.
