This policy applies to all students enrolled in undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), PhD, and post-doctoral fellowship (PDF) programs at KLEF.

1. Need-Based Scholarships

Awarded to students requiring financial assistance, including:

  • Students from low-income backgrounds
  • Female students
  • Students from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC)

Scholarship Renewal

Scholarships are renewable for the entire course duration, provided students maintain the required CGPA:

  • M.Tech: 7.5 CGPA

Merit scholarships are reviewed semester-wise and require students to maintain the required academic standards.

Appeal Process

Students who do not receive a scholarship can appeal to the Vice-Chancellor through the Registrar, with additional supporting documentation if needed.

Important Information for Hostel Residents

  1. Payment Process:

    • Mess charges, GST, and establishment charges should be paid through DD or online transfer in favor of "HARNIKS INFRA LLP", payable at Vijayawada.
    • Room rent, electricity, registration fee, and caution deposit should be paid through DD or online transfer in favor of "KL UNIVERSITY", payable at Vijayawada.

    • All room types have prepaid electricity meters, and extra charges will be deducted from the electricity deposit.
  4. Room Allocation:

    • Rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  5. Additional Facilities:

    • Harniks Infra LLP and Harniks Regency provide engineering and management training, technical consultancy, and auxiliary educational services for students at KLEF Deemed to be University.
