Imayam Education Institutions operates an independent placement office dedicated to supporting campus recruiting by reputable organisations.  The office functions as a separate section, tirelessly coordinating with the industry's emerging and established organisations to visit the college and attract promising talent across verticals.  They also ensure that visiting company officials are treated with the finest possible environment and hospitality.

Imayam students have received training for all technical and other interview rounds.  It has made steady growth throughout the years, playing an important role in increasing the efficiency of placement potential.  The department plays an important role in counselling and mentoring students to successful careers.
