The Placement Cell of GIBS plays a vital role in filling the gap between the academia and the industry. It identifies the potential recruiters, interacts with and shares students profiles with them. Thus, ensuring that the students get their dream jobs in their dream organizations.
The college has seen recruiters more than 600 in numbers since the time of its inception. It is also that the 150+ companies have offered internships to the students. GIBS Bangalore recently concluded its 2022 PGDM placement drive with 100% placements. 160+ recruiters visited the campus. Some of the top recruiters of the college campus are Berger Paints, UpGrad, Axis Bank, BMW India, Goldman Sachs, HCL, Genpact, Just Dial, Oppo, Asian Paints, Bisleri, Axis Bank, Phone Pe, ICICI Bank, and lots more. The college has offered an average internship of around 7.4 LPA. Other than the 50+ full-time and part-time faculty members, it also offers 200+ guest speakers, 25+ practitioners and 10+ international trainers. GIBS Bangalore has a student-faculty ratio of 25:1. The highest placement offered to the students is around 15.5 LPA.
