Minimum Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech.

AKTU Counseling (On the basis of JEE-Main Rank)

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject, as per latest norms of AICTE/AKTU. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the above subjects taken together.

OR

Passed 3 years of Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

MBA

AKTU Counseling

(On the basis of CUET-PG Rank)

Passed Bachelor’s degree course of a minimum of three years duration from any recognized University securing a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate. 

MCA

Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT)/ B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE)/ B.E. (IT)/ B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree.

OR

Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. /B. Tech./B.Sc / B.Com. /B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.

Obtained at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the aggregate.

B. Tech. (Lateral Entry to 2nd yr )

AKTU Counseling

(On the basis of CUET-UG Rank)

Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) from the institution recognized by BTE, UP.

OR

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. Will be allotted if seats remain vacant after allotment to Diploma Students. 

B. Tech.

Mgmt Quota/ Vacant seats

Firstly, by the qualified candidates of JEE(Main), who fulfil the eligibility, their relative merit will be decided on their rank in the entrance examination. Thereafter, the merit of candidates in qualifying examinations is laid down by AICTE for admission to various programmes which are updated from time to time.

Firstly, by the qualified candidates of CUET, who fulfil the eligibility, Thereafter, by the merit of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination securing a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
