CUTM Bhubaneswar Scholarship 

The college rewards the meritorious students by cutting down some tuition fee and providing them a waiver off in their fee. This is done through providing them some scholarships. The meritorious students of the college are given scholarships.

Along with the meritorious students, the financially backward students are also given scholarships because the institution believes that money should not come in between education and education should be accessible to all. The different scholarships and the different scholarship criteria is given below.

CUTM Bhubaneswar Application Process

The process of the admission in the college is both through the online and the offline methods. For the offline method, the students have to visit the campus of the college and do the formalities of filling the application form from the office campus itself. 

The process of the online admission the students have to Register in CUEE-2022 through university website cuee.cutm.ac.in providing your basic details and pay the application fee online and on successful submission of Application the system will generate an application ID and confirmation email will be sent to your email ID for further process. 

Applicants will be required to appear CUEE-2022 either online or at a Notified Test Centre or at the University Campus.

The successful/ qualified applicants will be contacted or he/she may take provisional admission by depositing the minimum fee through Cash/DD at University Campus or by paying online to university specified account.

The students have to upload the necessary documents like qualifying mark sheet, Certificate, Rank/score card, Aadhar, Pan, Payment receipt and photograph. 

Applicants are required to pay the fees as per the fee mentioned in their provisional admission letter before final registration.

Applicant must report and enroll/ register himself or herself at Campus as per the dates notified by the University failing which they will forfeit any deposit.

CUTM Bhubaneswar Campus

The campus of this college is one of the most modern campuses an Indian college has. They have delightful spaces for studying, living, and interaction. The campus of the college has properly ventilated and comfortable classrooms.

They have tight round the clock security arrangements in the campus that ensures the safety of the students. The medical facility of the college is tight along with a doctor that is available on the call service. There are common recreational areas in the college to help the students in the college property bond with each other. The highlight of the college is the cafeteria that is styled in the modern style. 

The academic facilities provided to the students are e-classrooms, ERP/MIS facility, media resource centre, tablet platform, seminar hall, conference hall, board room, and an auditorium. 

The top facilities of the campus are swimming pool, health centre, staff canteen, gym, bank, ATM. restaurant, guest house, library, basket ball court, lawn tennis court, cricket ground, laundry services, and retail stores. All of these are created for the benefit and the ease of the students within the campus itself. 

There are excellent facilities in the college for the different sports. The students have a great time enjoying all these sports in the college campus. The additional facilities of the college are auditoriums, labs, hostels, and lots more. 

Along with the careers, the faculty of the college also engages in developing the personalities of the students. Lots of extra curricular activities are organised in the college to help the students grow in the respective fields. Enough opportunities are given to the students to excel in their interested area. There are libraries in the college wherein they can take help from external books, journals, and other references.

The campus also has easy transportation facility for the students. Their campus consists of 14 buses that provides comfortable and smooth journey for staff and students commuting from nearby areas such as Palasa , Pathpatnam, Srikakulam , Tekkali.

Good health and the wellbeing of the students is highly taken care of. The university recognises the vulnerability of this age group; while on one hand they need professional/technical education, on the other hand there is a necessity to make them aware of health and well-being, focussing on safe sexual practises.

The University conducts regular awareness programmes for students and staff. A failed relationship or a stress related to academics can thwart both mental and physical development of students can lead to several other cascading negative effects like use of narcotics or psychotropic substances. In order to address these issues, the university has established counselling centre in its main campuses. The university provides multifarious counselling services in supporting the students overall personality, sexual and mental health issues. 

Enough events are organised for the mental health support of the students. Counselling is given to the students through moral value education and events. These counselling programs helped many students who were thriving in their studies, who were facing significant challenges, both at an academic and personal level.

The college campus also provides for an online learning opportunity for the students. As the world is progressing, education is more accessible these days through the online mode and hence they also have the features for their students.

For the online courses, the students have to apply separately and pay the fee separately. Along with this, the college also has an entrepreneurship and startup policy where they are pushing the students for startups and encouraging the entrepreneurship environment. The students who are interested in entrepreneurship are helped through various ways even by funding and through the incubation process.

Some of the hostels provided by the college are Mahanadi boys hostel, Rusikulya boys hostel, Nagavali boys hostel, Vansadhara boys hostel, Mahendra Tanya girls hostel, Indravati girls hostel, Brahmani girls hostel, MDC AC hostel, Baitarani boys hostel, diploma hostel, CPS hostel, Subarnarekha, Bhargavi girls hostel, and Baitarani hostel. 

The college also has a hostel for the girls and the boys of the college. The hostels of the college are very well ventilated and that is the first priority of them to ensure that hostels have proper ventilation for the college. There are comfortable twin and triple sharing rooms in the college with proper amenities. The hostels have wi-fi throughout the day because that is the need of the hour for the students. Talking about the security of the college, there is warden who looks after the hostel campus and for the needs of the students. 

The security is obviously intact but that doesn’t mean that the students cannot have fun in their hostels. They just have to be in discipline. The hostel also has a mess which provides hygienic and fresh food to the students three times a day along with the evening snack.

The students can enjoy the meals inside the mess in a light hearted and chilled environment. The college takes pride in saying that they haven’t ever received a single complaint about the hostel food’s taste and quality. They make sure that the students do not feel that they are away from their homes.
