BFIT Group of Institutions Dehradun Placements 

There is a dedicated and a specialised training and placement cell in the college to take care of the placements. All students enrolled in BFIT Group of Institutions will be provided placement assistance, counselling for employment and self/social entrepreneurship. This cell provides logistic support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process.

The training cell helps the students to not only get the jobs but also get the internships that could help them with their career. The training is given to the students in the areas like communication, Personality Grooming Skills, Logical Reasoning, and Aptitude, etc. The aim of the training cell is personality development and career counselling for the students.

Functions of the Training Cell 

• Collecting the data of the students and companies
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Organizing on and off campus interviews
• Preparing eligible pool of students of different disciplines
• Conducting career guidance sessions
• Collecting feedback from the recruiters and students
• Doing post placement analysis and taking remedial measures for non-selected students
• Acting as an interface between the selected students and the recruiters
• Networking with the leading recruiters for internships and placements
• Gathering information about job-fairs and employment opportunities
• Helping the students with the pre-placement activities
• Job Opportunities and Campus Selections through Notice Boards, Placement Portal and College Website
