BFIT Group of Institutions Dehradun Scholarships

The college also offers enough scholarships to the students. The aim of the scholarships is to help the students with financial support. The scholarships are given to the meritorious and the financially disabled students. The institute strongly believes that money should not come in between the education or become a barrier because of which someone does not get access to education. There are different types of scholarships provided by the college. 

The first one is the founder’s day scholarship. This is given on 20th anniversary of its establishment. BFIT has an ideology of “Education is everyone’s right”, BFIT announces scholarships to students based on their performance in AIBFEE Exam, GD/PI, Scoring Percentage in Board/University/equivalent examination, Sports, Cultural, R & D, Co-curricular, Social Service, etc., in order to motivate and inspire those students who endeavour to achieve their goals in life.

The second scholarship is based on AIBFEE. The criteria of this scholarship is different for different courses. The criteria is:

- Above 95% – 60% on 1st year Tuition Fees
- 90% to 95% – 40% on 1st year Tuition Fees
- 80% to 90% – 30% on 1st year Tuition Fees
- 70% to 80% – 20% on 1st year Tuition Fees

The third scholarship is based on GDPI. Students who are taking admission through Path B: Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD/PI) would be applicable for scholarships based on their results in Boards/University, etc.

Interviews shall be conducted for all the Paths of Admission and Phases. The Interview shall be conducted in the following manner :-

• On-Campus Face-To-Face Interview & Group Discussion
• Face-To-Face Interview & Group Discussion in Offices Across the World
• Web One-On-One Interview & Web Conference.
• Telephonic Interview, etc.

They also provide scholarships based on sports, cultural activities, social services, etc. Another scholarship is also on the basis of Uttarakhand Domicile. They even have scholarships based on early admission and phases of fee. The final scholarship provided by them is also on the basis of national level entrance test. The students who take admission through the below mentioned exams are also eligible for scholarships.

The students must check for all the scholarships right at the time of the admissions or else they will not be able to get the benefits of the scholarships and apply for it later. 

BFIT Group of Institutions Dehradun Application Process

Enrolment Process 

The enrolment process in the college is done by the selection committee of the college. The students have to give the entrance exams. The entrance application received is screened and a merit list is prepared for the entrance examination.

The candidates are informed by post about the date and time of the exam which is held in various states/cities as listed in the entrance form. The students who are not eligible for the exams will also get notified about the same. The result of the entrance examination is communicated to the candidate through newspaper edition/post. The selected candidates will have to come to the campus for the interview. The interviews and tests will be held at various states/cities in India. 

For all course, the following are to be submitted along with the prescribed Entrance examination forms available with the admission brochure of BFIT GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS:

1. a) Three attested copies of passport size recent photographs.
2. b) Attested proof of Date of Birth.
3. c) Attested photocopies mark sheets and degree/other proof based on which admission is sought.

All applicants must read the policy on Refunds and Adjustments before accepting an offer of admission. The policy complies with all of the requirements for tuition fee refunds stipulated in the UGC/ AICTE/ UBTE/State Govt. Of Uttarakhand) and for other charges such as hostels etc, refunds stipulated in the Kartar Educational & Cultural Society (KECS).

BFIT Group of Institutions Dehradun Campus 

The campus of the college is the modern one having all the latest facilities and amenities. To begin with, the campus is a fully wi-fi enabled one keeping the use of internet for the use of students in mind. The campus is fully wi-fi campus because of the needs of the students and also because of the changing pattern of the studies for the students.

The campus offers beautiful spaces for studying, evolving, communicating, interacting, and living. There are a lot of tech activities involved inside the campus of the college. The students get a chance to participate in the process of discussing new ideas, developing them into research concepts and workable products. Some students consider this experience as a turning point in their careers as these have opened up a new world of possibilities for them. 

The students who are interested in sports are also given a chance to take part in many of them and grow as sports people. They are even given opportunities to represent the college in various Inter College championships. While many sporting clubs enjoy their own permanent facilities, students also have access to the BFIT playing field or ground. BFIT Athlete Support and Information Service to assist eligible student athletes.

The faculty and the members of the college make sure that the students do not remain behind when it comes to technology inside the campus. The college arranges fortnightly/monthly seminars and guest lectures on different subjects by the experts of the various fields for the benefit of the students. This is done to increase the vision of the students by including lots of eminent people as the speakers. It is a very important function for the students to attain and gain information on a variety of topics. 

The institute has setup a placement cell with required facilities for effective placements of students at the end of the course or after passing all the semesters. The student are trained in soft skills and professional skills required. 

There is also a spacious and well-capacitated canteen/mess for students, which provides delightful food at minimal price. There is a fitness hub and a medical aid inside the college campus as well. There is a specialised writing centre inside the college campus for presenting seminars. A conversational language support program and weekly tutorials are provided for students who have difficulties with English language, to help all students develop their skills.

Some of the top events of the campus are Rangrezz which is basically a 4 days annual fest which includes numerous events.Lots of celebrities are invited to the event for the entertainment of the kids. The different programmes in this event include:

Blood Donation camp is also organized in the campus. Such events are conducted for the welfare of the society where students could understand the value of a healthy life and also to facilitate them with helping ethics.
