About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents through the college admission process. You will be responsible for understanding student profiles, recommending suitable colleges and courses, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on college selection, course options, and career paths
- Manage end-to-end admission process for assigned students
- Build and maintain relationships with partner colleges
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system
- Conduct webinars and campus visits
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in education counselling or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong knowledge of Indian higher education system
- Experience with CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset
